Currently, we offer delivery across India. We are working on expanding our services internationally, and we will update our customers once international shipping is available.

2. Delivery Charges

We offer competitive shipping rates to ensure that you receive your products at the best possible price. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

  • Standard Delivery: Free shipping on orders over ₹299 within India.
  • Express Delivery: Additional charges may apply for expedited or same-day delivery, depending on your location.

The shipping charge, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, the availability of products, and external factors such as holidays or logistical delays.

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 business days for most major cities.
  • Express Delivery: 1 to 3 business days for select pin codes.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to rural or remote areas may take 7 to 10 business days.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation of payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS. 6. Split Deliveries

7. Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or military bases. All deliveries require a physical address where someone is available to receive the package.

8. Failed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery two more times. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

  • You may need to pay for re-delivery.
  • We will notify you via email or phone to arrange an alternative delivery time or address.
